Today's run was a good one to start the new year with. I was testing a course for a 10K route that I want to establish into a race someday. The Harsh 10K - really the course is not that bad except for mile #4 but it still deserves the name "harsh".
Total mileage for the day was just over 8 miles - 1 mile warm-up to park, 6 mile run, 1 mile cool down to home.
Here are photos of the course - beautiful. Run Statistics at the bottom.
