Friday Fun Day - on Friday's I am allowing myself to just run. Any distance, any time, and anywhere I want to go. Today's run just took me back and forth across the South Platte river with a return side trip by the Skate Park on my way back to the office.
Wow! Today was an absolutely PERFECT day to run. The temperatures were in the mid 50's and there was not a cloud in the sky. It was windy as hell and the air was very dry, which made for perfect chaffing conditions. My nipples HURT! Oh well. :) Here they are chaffed but not yet scabby. Yes - I did just post photos of my nipples.
